How do i teach a teen/college level Bible Study?
teen and colledge level is a not going to work... most teens 13-18 cannot comprehend the basic english languede much less the context and consepts behind any religion...

start small and build your way up. or pray for a mirical.
Reply:First of all , you must decide at what level of knowledge you wish to teach, e.g. are going to teach basics to people with no background in the bible, or are you going to just teach about the OT, or are you going to concentrate on the four gospels as historical documents and the life of Christ. I would suggest the life of Christ. This would be most rewarding to most people. I will pray for your effort.
Reply:Read, study and pray. Most effective teaching styles include the teacher as a guide and arbitrator. Avoid lecture and try to go for controversial thoughts and work through them in light of scripture. Also you might try an in depth study of the old testament and go straight through the prophets. It is amazing when you see it all unfold and everything is fresh in your mind. Or you could lead a group through a tape series like Beth Moore's on Daniel and go through the study guide.
Reply:Hey Priscilla,

You can start by possibly volunteering to be a Sunday School teacher in your church. i think being that you're 20 years old (guessing due to your thing being '88).

You may also consider joining an on-campus fellowship.

You can also just meet people in your dorms and see if people are willing to meet up regularly to study the Bible.

Hope that helps. Kindly,

Nickster

i am with nickster... go through a church... i was a Catholic Youth Advisor for awhile and it was most fun and educational too... you really learn a lot by teaching...

you deserve to be commended for your commitment to the Lord...

pay special attention to 1st Corinthians 12...

"There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit."

"There are differences of ministries, but the same LORD."

if it is meant to be... it will happen... as the Spirit guides you... regardless of how you think it is to be... the Holy Spirit has an agenda of it's own.

Praise be to God.

we will keep you in our prayers... and know that the LORD is with you. God bless and alleluia alleluia amen!
Reply:what do you want to teach on? find some thing to teach on like love then get you a vine or strong and look it up search it out in the bible. how many ch it has and pick the ones you want to teach on. and go from there.
