Christians will u make sum time 4 bible study an compare the life of MOSES to JESUS in every aspect possible?

Deuteronomy 18:18 “I (God) will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee (Moses), and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.”

Many Christians believe this prophecy foretold by Moses to be in regards to Jesus. Indeed Jesus was foretold in the Old Testament, but as will be clear, THIS PROPHECY DOES NOT FIT HIM, but rather is more deserving of Muhammad, may God praise him.

The verse in discussion is explicit in saying that the prophet will come amongst the Brethren of the Jews. Abraham had two sons: Ishmael and Isaac. The Jews are the descendants of Isaac’s son, Jacob. The Arabs are the children of Ishmael. Thus, the Arabs are the brethren of the Jewish nation.[3] The Bible affirms:

‘And he (Ishmael) shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.’ (Genesis 16:12) ‘And he (Ishmael) died in the presence of all his brethren.’ (Genesis 25:18)The children of Isaac are the brethren of the IIshmaelites.

Do your own religion homework And by the way, brethern of the jews means that the person WAS A JEW, NOT SOME LUNATIC WITH DELUSIONS OFGRANDEUR! Mohammed was not a true prophet, but a charletan who bullied people into doing what he wanted, and had the people wo didn't obey him killed.
Reply:Alhamdoulilah! Have you read John 1:19-28 (The Testimony of John the Baptist)? It mentions the people: the Messiah, Elijah, and "the prophet." Very interesting. There is also a verse in the Psalms that mentions the "burden upon Arabia."

Check out Mark 12:29-31. Jesus himself proclaims that God is one (not three), and that you should love God and love your neighbor (this is the universal message of Islam- not to practice this or that, but to simply "submit to God"). This is also mentioned in Matthew 22:37-39, although it seems that someone has eliminated Jesus saying that God is one in this passage.

Also read Psalm 84:4-6- mentions the kaaba in Baca (another name for Makkah).
Reply:You cannot take things out of context. Allah is not the same Yahweh or Jehovah. The Arabs speak of another god. Therefore in Deuteronomy 18:20 is quite serious, death in fact to those prophets. It is also says that Ishmael is the son of the slave woman and Isaac is the son of the promised woman born to the promise of the descendants to Jesus. That is why we have problems with the Jews and the Arabs this day. Go figure. Does not the Koran mention Jesus and if He is a prophet then He must exist. Therefore, if Jesus is a prophet then you have to listen to what He says in light of the Bible. If Jesus existed then what He says is true. The truth found in the Bible. Cross reference the Koran which also points to Christ.

In the Bible it states:

Deuteronomy 18:15-22

15 The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own brothers. You must listen to him. 16 For this is what you asked of the Lord your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly when you said, "Let us not hear the voice of the Lord our God nor see this great fire anymore, or we will die." 17 The Lord said to me: "What they say is good. 18 I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. 19 If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account. 20 But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded him to say, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, must be put to death." 21 You may say to yourselves, "How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?" 22 If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord does not take place or come true, that is a message the Lord has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him.
Reply:I will if you promise to study the gospels Mathew, Mark, Luke and especially John. Jesus was a good prophet, I'm sure you will agree, but Jesus revealed a loving God who wants to have a relationship with us, a God who wants to draw all man to Him, Jesus also declares Himself to be the I AM, that is why the children of Isaac picked up stones to kill Him, so Jesus was either what He declared Himself to be; the Messiah, or He was lying.
Reply:I see one fatal flaw.....

the prophecies in any book can be made to fit anyone, ever.
Reply:Maybe it was for Muhammad because Jesus was the Son of God and one with the Father.
Reply:Rev 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

Rev 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Too bad that the Bible which is the only TRUTH says that adding the teachings of the Quran will benefit you by allowing you to experience many plagues in your life (eternal life). Stuff Muhammad. Isaac was the Father of the Jews. Ishmael was the Father of the Muslims. Muhammad was an ordinary man who was demonised. He even had a demon appear to him. That is where the Book of Quran comes from. I am a Christian. I certainly do not want to rial you up. But I want you to know the Truth. Be BLESSED. Give your life to Jesus Christ and experience true freedom in your life. Religion only brings bondage. Christianity brings freedom. I pray peace and freedom will enter your heart and your life.
